Unable to register the Waverazor Dual Oscillator Editor

0 votes
Hello,

I discovered this editor today but really unable to register whatsoever : if I use register I get the " no product has been purchased with this account " message ; if I use the register online it's just opening a mok page and if I use the offline unlock I have no WaverazorEditor purchased in my Mok marketplace so I can go no further ...

What also bothers me is that I have a very limited set of features, maybe it's unveiled once the registration is complete, no sound I understand but it looks like a very crippled version from what I read from the manual ...

Win 10 pro 64 bits and still version 1909

Thanks in advance !

Hi Chris and Taiho,

It works now  ! smiley

Also thanks about the additional infos !

It's a VERY welcome piece of software since editing on the module could be a bit lengthy, be assured it will be used a LOT wink

All the best to all the team,

Benoist

Sorry about that.
There was an issue with our registration system. It should be fixed now.
If you would like to try and register again, it should work.

Again, I apologize.

Thanks,

Hi Benoist,

After you register, you should be able to hear the sound output.  The oscillator is always on, as if you were using the module itself, so we've also provided a mute button near the output level control in case you want to turn it off again.

We should also note that oscillators 1 and 2 are panned left and right, but you can use the "m" mono button to pan them center.  That way you can work on a layered sound, or disable either oscillator to work on the other one individually.

Overall, it shouldn't feel too limited.  It is meant to edit the presets for the Waverazor Dual Oscillator Eurorack module, and it contains all the parameters in a module preset, plus deeper access to modulation matrix routings than you can get in the hardware.

Hope that helps!  If you have any other questions or concerns, we're here and will respond as soon as possible.

All the best,

Taiho

One ( big ) gripe : many fonts are really too small, near unreadable ...

Also the maximize icon is greyed, too bad for my 32 inch screen !

Otherwise really great yes
