Obviously there is a bug of some sort and I would like to understand it and fix it, so here goes:

Somehow the message box is picking a crazy font from the system, but I can see that the box underneath is using the correct font, and is readable.   So how the heck that one particular message box got a wacked up font, no idea... but I'll have a look at the code.

For now, I can confirm that you DO have an existing license and It looks like you successfully registered Filtryg back in January.  I guess it worked okay back then on that particular machine?

So, this is on a new computer installation, and online registration is failing... and also giving you a crazy box that is not readable?   Right?

What OS/Version is this happening on?  I am guessing Windows?   Can you share which version?

Are you able to login to your mok.com account?   Maybe you got the login info wrong?

Here is what the box should have looked like:

Sorry, was at the tail-end of a taxing 2-day session to re-install all software from scratch.  It is a very frustrating experience, especially when you've paid all this money to folks, and some companies make it pretty easy to install and authenticate your purchase but many make it really really difficult, like ridiculously so.  Your install was towards the tail end of this session and I honestly thought you were just giving me (and your customers) a big middle finger on top of all of the perceived middle fingers that had come before.  So I lashed out.  Again, sorry and thanks for taking the time to try to fix the problem.
Thanks for following up and editing your original message, I have edited my response accordingly.   I can understand very well how frustrating software can be, and I also have my days ;). --  I believe the latest Filtryg fixes this issue, but I haven't been able to reproduce it.   Did you re-run the installer, or just move the plugin to a new computer?   The installer should be used, in order to put fonts in the right place, etc...  was this on Windows?

There is also a new Filtryg build that is in beta, that most likely fixes this issue.   If you would like access to that, feel free to let me know.   I expect this new version will be available for public release in the next few days.
