Answered: Minraze download for Windows is empty ?

We have tested this again today, and the downloaded zip is fine on my test machines. It should be about 38MB, is that what you got? Miniraze can be downloaded from your My MOK Account, and then click on My Software Products, and find the button for Miniraze, that will show the downloads available for all platforms.

Currently, this is (unfortunately) the way we are using the Juce Audio I/O. I have this on my list to look at for the next update, as all things JUCE and Audio are getting a major update... if you would like to be on the Beta, email info@mok.com, and I can add you to the list.

For anyone finding this, I'll give the answer:

When you have the Patch Browser open, you can click the "Heart" icon on the right side of the browser for the currently selected patch.

To see your Favorites, click on the Favorites category on the left column.

There have been some people who are confused by this.

The 'serial number' you receive from Plugin Boutique isn't actually a serial number.
It's a Coupon Code.

User made presets not showing up when miniraze is opened in a DAW

So I'm trying to get miniraze user presets ive made, to show up on the DAW mode, but they are blank. Yet they show up when i use it in the regular miniraze app itself.

This is now fixed in Miniraze v1.1.1. The build has not yet been released (it needs a couple days of beta testing before going public). Miniraze v1.1.1 is now publicly available.

Ah, I can see how that might be a bit confusing. There is a new Düsseldorf bank of Kraftwerk-inspired sounds available as a separate purchase in the MOK store. If you buy the bank, then it will unlock if you enter your MOK account credentials in Miniraze's registration window.

How do you feel about the bank showing up in the browser greyed out like that? Do you appreciate being informed that the bank is available, or does it annoy you? Let us know what you think and we'll see what we can do to improve the experience.

You need to reauthorize Miniraze. In Miniraze, go into the Settings (gear icon) and choose Register. Enter your mok.com login info and press Register. That should do it. Cheers! - Rob

Answered: How do I use the External Audio Input in Miniraze?

In Logic Pro X, I instantiate Miniraze on an Instrument Track in order to enable MIDI input from my controller keyboard. Then, in Miniraze's plugin window, I select the audio track I want to effect in the "Side-Chain" drop down menu.

Since Logic's "Side-Chain" input is being used to route to Miniraze's external audio input, you need to make sure to select Sidechain as your audio input in Miniraze, since the Audio In selection cannot be routed to from Logic while still receiving MIDI. If anyone knows a better way of doing this, please let us know.
